New Month, New Goals

Hi everyone! I hope your November is off to a great start. So far mine is going great. I have some new fitness goals that I would like to accomplish this month.  I have been running 3-8 miles at Town Lake and also at Pflugerville Lake and would like to get my time down to completing 3 miles in under 30 minutes and 6 miles in 45 minutes to an hour.
